Job summary

Atmosera offers contractor-level opportunities to work from home with occasional client-site travel. You will serve as a senior escalation point for cloud technicians, managing Azure, vSphere incidents, and automation tasks while ensuring strong client communication and proactive problem resolution.

You will mentor Level 1 technicians, collaborate with Tier-2/3 teams, and contribute to monitoring, maintenance, and automation across Windows, Linux, and network environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of system administration or cloud support experience (Windows/Linux, mixed environments strongly preferred).
• 2+ years networking and security experience (firewalls, VPNs, load balancing).
• Proven Azure cloud administration experience; MSP background strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an escalation point for Cloud Technicians on complex Azure and hybrid cloud issues.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents across Azure and vSphere platforms.
• Install, configure, and administer customer resources in Azure.
• Manage escalated alerts, configuration issues, and undocumented troubleshooting scenarios.
• Perform patch remediation, including troubleshooting and manual updates.
• Build and maintain monitoring infrastructure to diagnose issues across Windows/Linux servers and network equipment.
