Qualifications

• 3+ years Azure Cloud support experience with a technical bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers, hypervisors, and Azure Site Recovery.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present technical information to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, and implement policy-based routing and load balancing.
• Act as escalation point for incidents, resolving high-priority issues following ITIL practices.
• Automate infrastructure with PowerShell, Bicep, and CI/CD for consistent deployments.
• Deliver exceptional client service throughout the service lifecycle and communicate issues clearly.
