Qualifications

• 1 year of CSR experience is a must.
• 6 months in a technical support role or software/web app troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficiency with computer applications and software.
• CRM experience is preferred.
• Medical schooling or coding/billing background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support to customers with product issues.
• Identify and troubleshoot problems, delivering timely solutions.
• Explain technical solutions to non-technical customers clearly.
• Ensure accurate ticket triaging and CRM documentation.
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and offer further help.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when needed.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude with customers and colleagues.
• Support nursing homes and troubleshoot medical software.
