Job summary

Myticas Consulting is seeking a Tech Support/CSA to join our client’s Personal Support Center (PSC) team. This fully remote role requires fluency in English and Spanish and offers shift options in CST hours, including mornings and evenings.

Training lasts three weeks with additional on-site calendar alignment as needed. The position supports software, hardware, and connectivity issues, with tickets logged in ServiceNow and Zendesk.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience in high-volume Tier1/2 tech support environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical support for software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with password resets, software installations, VPN setups, and general troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
• Maintain clear, professional communication in both Spanish and English across all customer interactions.
• Manage support requests via phone, email, and chat simultaneously.
• Accurately log cases in tools like ServiceNow and Zendesk.
