You will lead delivery with PowerPoint, Excel, Lucidchart, and other tools, build client relationships, run discovery sessions, and contribute to business development as a technology strategy SME.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience consulting within technology or marketing.
• Senior knowledge of CRM and CX technology, including loyalty and analytics.
• Experience leading diverse teams and client engagements.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise across CRM, data management, analytics, AI, and ad tech.
• Link technology goals to client needs and articulate value.
• Lead client meetings and manage expectations.
• Direct delivery with PowerPoint, Excel, and Lucidchart.
• Run discovery sessions, document findings, and follow-ups.
• Develop industry POVs on CX tech and digital stacks.
• Lead engagements with storytelling and strategic recommendations.
• Coach analysts and shape work products.
• Support business development as a tech strategy SME.
