Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Technology Strategy Director for remote-ready roles in the United States (Colorado-remote eligible). You will report to the Senior Director/VP and collaborate with senior leaders to master marketing technology frameworks and deliver strategic consulting across CRM, data, analytics, and customer experience platforms.

You will guide engagements, lead discovery, craft compelling narratives in PowerPoint and Lucidchart, and mentor analysts while coordinating across teams to shape

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience consulting within technology or marketing.
• Senior knowledge of CRM concepts and customer experience tech.
• Expert knowledge in relational databases, data integration, analytic modeling, campaign management, content management, commerce, loyalty, messaging, service and business intelligence systems will be evaluated.
• Experience managing people and leading a diverse team.
• Expert proficiency in excel (can maintain spreadsheets), PowerPoint, Lucidchart, Miro and Vizio.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Ability to travel for clients up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise across digital technology components and build compelling value stories for clients.
• Build relationships and manage client expectations by facilitating and driving client meetings.
• Lead daily delivery efforts with the engagement team using PowerPoint, Excel, and Lucidchart.
• Lead discovery meetings with clients, new partners, vendors or SMEs, taking notes and identifying follow-ups.
• Lead consulting engagements by building storytelling and developing recommendations across channels and media.
• Manage consulting analysts to guide work product development and coach storytelling skills.
