Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to join the sales team. You will own the technical aspects of the sales cycle, lead architecture discussions, and craft integration approaches across APIs, data privacy, and security to win technical buyers.

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to develop assets and enable the sales force. The role reports to the Director of Strategic Solutions and supports a remote, globally distributed team, driving Cornerstone product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience with a focus on Cloud environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, time management and organizational skills.
• Strong relationship-building expertise.
• Ability to translate technology into client value.
• Willingness to work with a geographically dispersed team.

Responsibilities

• Lead demonstrations and create scripts for technical integration capabilities.
• Provide enablement support for sales platform and technology capabilities.
• Convey value proposition to customers via presentations and demos.
• Map customer signals to desired outcomes and coordinate with implementation teams.
• Stay aware of competitive solutions and industry standards.
