Placemakr is seeking a Technology Coordinator to assist the Director of Technology and Project Management with various aspects of the tech environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure top-level customer support and tracking.

The role demands strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and effective communication with clients and internal teams. This remote-first position offers biannual in-person meetups across the US and competitive

Formación

• Associate’s degree or 2 years related experience.
• Knowledge of basic networking terminology.
• Comfortable learning new systems and creating documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Inventory management.
• Inventory ordering.
• Software setup and decommission.
• User adds/moves/changes.
• Vendor management and coordination.
• Support Placemakr team members with troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on project goals.
• Resolve open items with vendors or departments to ensure full completion within SLA.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Additional duties as assigned.
