Job summary

Rainier Recruiting is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to build and grow a specialized market within a defined technology or industry vertical. This remote role covers the West Coast territory in the United States, with occasional travel for team meetings.

You will generate new client relationships, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement while enjoying autonomy and a uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in staffing, recruiting, or business development.
• At least 5 years in a defined niche or vertical.
• Proven track record generating new business or managing full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong network of candidates and client contacts within a market.
• Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a specialized market within a defined technology or industry vertical.
• Generate new client relationships and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and placement.
• Establish long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
• Proactively identify hiring needs and position candidates in the market.
