Green Key Resources is seeking a Technical Recruiter for our Washington, DC market with a fully remote opportunity. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of agency recruiting experience and a drive to accelerate their career within a nationally recognized staffing firm.

You'll source, interview, and manage full-cycle recruiting for technology roles, build candidate pipelines, and collaborate with account managers to meet client hiring goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of agency recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting within Technology, Finance, or Professional Services is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and qualify technology professionals across skill sets and industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the process.
• Conduct candidate interviews and manage full recruitment lifecycle.
• Develop talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and sourcing strategies.
• Partner with Account Managers and Recruiting Leaders to support client hiring initiatives.
• Maintain candidate information within ATS and CRM systems.
• Meet weekly and monthly activity and placement goals.
