Nearform is seeking a Technical Lead to guide development teams and collaborate directly with clients to translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure applications. You will drive architecture, implement best practices in DevOps and agile delivery, and mentor engineers while delivering high-impact projects across client sites in the United States.

Formación

• Significant experience in software engineering and 2+ years of experience leading projects as a Technical Lead or similar.
• Professional experience with Python and React.
• Experience with AI application development and Agentic frameworks and platforms (e.g., LangGraph, Agentspace).
• Strong CI/CD experience with Terraform, Helm, and other cloud-native IaC tools.
• Experience leading software teams through technical delivery and mentoring.
• Deep understanding of agile ways of working and design patterns.
• Knowledge of test-driven development and testing best practices.
• Understanding of version control tools (Git) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Awareness of operational concerns like monitoring, security, accessibility, and GDPR.

• Take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects.
• Identify and resolve blockers before they become issues.
