Job summary

Nearform is seeking a Senior Python Engineer to design and build applications using Python, with exposure to AI frameworks and modern development practices. You will collaborate with distributed teams and work on diverse projects for enterprise clients, within the US, traveling to client sites as needed.

This role requires at least 8 years of experience, strong English communication, and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Senior Engineer with at least 8 years of commercial experience
• Deep knowledge of Python and modern AI frameworks
• Experience with AI-native development practices and tools
• Understanding of AI and agentic workflows and emerging LLM tech
• Experience in agile environments and delivering real-world solutions
• Proficient in Git, testing (unit/integration/e2e) and cloud environments

Responsibilities

• Designing and building Python applications across projects
• Support component design, development and quality standards
• Define structured practices for source control, build and deployment
