Nearform is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee development teams and work directly with clients to deliver impactful applications. You will shape architectural decisions to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability while driving successful project delivery and removing blockers early.

You will provide technical leadership, translate requirements into briefs, and uphold best practices in software development, DevOps, and agile processes.

Qualifications

• Significant engineering leadership experience, including 2+ years leading projects and mentoring.
• Strong Python and React experience; AI application development with agentic frameworks.
