Qualificações

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven React experience.
• Strong Python development background.
• Node.js experience.
• Deep knowledge of AWS technologies.
• Experience with event-driven and microservices architectures.
• TypeScript proficiency and serverless technologies.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• LLM/AI engineering background, including prompt design, RAG pipelines, and evaluation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; fluent English (B2+).

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer who will take charge of designing, building, and deploying scalable AI-driven solutions, mentor an engineering team, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop scalable AI solutions Mentor and guide team members to foster innovation, continuous learning, and high performance Maintain best practices in AI engineering, quality assurance, and agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle Provide stakeholders with updates on progress, challenges, and solutions, while delivering technical leadership and strategic direction Take ownership of the architecture and technical direction for AI/agentic systems, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability Define and sustain best practices for agent design, orchestration, and evaluation

Requirements

6+ years of experience in software engineering, including 1+ year in a leadership capacity Minimum of 5 years of practical experience working with React Proven background in Python development Demonstrated experience in Node.js development Deep knowledge of AWS technologies Strong grasp of event-driven and microservices architecture Skilled in TypeScript and serverless technologies Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Solid background in LLM/AI engineering, including prompt design, RAG pipelines, agentic patterns, tool use, and LLM evaluation Strong analytical skills combined with clear communication abilities Openness to learning and adapting to new technologies Proficient English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
