Job summary

JoyRide Superapp is seeking an Engineering Manager (Remote) to lead and mentor multiple engineering teams while shaping technical direction. You will drive architectural decisions, align product priorities, and champion agile practices to deliver scalable software.

You will collaborate with department heads, balance immediate delivery with long-term goals, and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation across the engineering organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering.
• 5–7 years in software engineering with 2–3 years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record designing, developing, deploying, and scaling software.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to balance priorities.
• Experience with cloud-native, mobile-first, or large-scale distributed systems; startup experience and Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
