Job summary

Remote Raven is looking for a Technical Researcher/Sourcer to shape search strategies and build comprehensive talent maps for high‑growth startups. You will work closely with the recruiting team to identify top Engineering, Product, and Design talent and ensure data integrity throughout the research process.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the venture-backed startup ecosystem, mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, and a passion for meticulous data organization. This is a fully remote position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience sourcing for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
• Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean logic.
• Strong organization and data management skills.
