Job summary

Optimizee Group is seeking a hands-on Product Lead to join our fully remote team. This role blends 60% product leadership with 40% full stack development, collaborating with a single web developer to drive roadmaps, specs, analytics, and team growth.

You will advance toward Head of Product, building a scalable engineering workflow, setting priorities, and turning data into product decisions. A strong backend, database, and architecture background is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development experience and ability to deploy and maintain production web apps.
• Proven track record leading products and decisions that drive revenue.
• Strong backend, database, and architecture skills with data accuracy focus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap across our platforms—prioritize, spec, and drive execution from idea to launch.
• Build and ship features hands-on alongside our web developer, improving site architecture and conversion flows.
• Lead and grow the product team—manage 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and recruitment as we scale.
• Build our engineering workflow—set up development routines, code reviews, testing and deployment with solid docs.
• Make data-first decisions—turn user data and insights into actions that move traffic and revenue per visitor.
