Job summary

RealTime eClinical Solutions, a remote US-based SaaS leader, seeks a Product Lead Engineer to act as the technical voice across multiple Agile teams. You will deliver complex features end-to-end and guide teammates toward high engineering standards.

You will own key product areas, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, QA, and Customer Success to ensure reliable features on schedule. Competitive salary and strong benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience in SaaS environments.
• Strong command of relational database design, SQL optimization, and data modeling (MySQL/MariaDB).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and upskill less experienced engineers.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tooling and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority within multiple Agile teams, making implementation decisions and ensuring high engineering standards.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex features across backend, frontend, and mobile platforms from design to deployment.
• Mentor engineers through pairing, design discussions, and guidance; drive testing, branching, documentation, and security best practices.
• Take ownership of significant product areas and lead knowledge transfer to ensure team resilience.
