Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering or MIS.
• Seven years of software development or SME experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Three years of resource management.
• Five years in a senior or SME position.
• Experience coaching Agile Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the software development team.
• Define project requirements, scope, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Offer technical guidance on architecture, coding standards and testing.
• Foster continuous improvement and effective collaboration.
• Oversee interviewing, hiring, promotions, and staff development.
