City of Plant City is seeking experienced in-house attorneys to work on technology transactions on a flexible, part-time remote basis across the United States.

You will run negotiation exercises, review MSAs/NDAs/ISDAs/DPAs, and help train AI-driven contract tools. The role emphasizes clear written and spoken communication, rigorous legal analysis, and a practical approach to risk in technology agreements.

Qualifications

• At least three years in-house, working on technology transactions.
• Negotiated and reviewed MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and DPAs yourself.
• Experience collaborating with legal, product or research teams, with clear written and spoken communication, close attention to detail and sound legal analysis.

Responsabilités

• Run negotiation exercises and redline commercial technology contracts.
• Review answers to contract scenarios for legal risk, accuracy and precision.
• Set the scoring criteria that decide what a strong contract answer looks like.
• Improve the review guides and best practices the work follows.
