OpenTrain AI is seeking experienced contract attorneys to participate in realistic AI training exercises. Work remotely, on your own schedule, and get paid per accepted task.

You'll review AI responses to technology contracts, draft and refine negotiation scenarios, and help shape criteria for evaluating contract AI performance. This is part‑time, fully remote work that fits around your current job.

Qualifikationen

• At least three years in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Direct negotiation experience with MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Strong drafting, review, negotiation and redlining skills; clear English.

Aufgaben

• Perform mock negotiations and redlining on technology contracts.
• Review AI responses to contract scenarios for accuracy and risk.
• Create grading criteria and evaluation frameworks for AI performance.
• Improve guidelines and best practices for AI contract tools.
