Put your in-house technology contracting expertise to work on your own schedule. This is paid, part-time contract work for attorneys who negotiate and review technology agreements. You run negotiation exercises, redline contracts, and grade contract analyses, with work used to train AI tools. Remote, flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in-house experience working on technology transactions.
• Negotiated and reviewed MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and DPAs yourself.
• Experience working with legal, product or research teams; strong written and spoken communication; attention to detail and sound legal analysis.
• No technical or AI background required.
