YO AI Labs seeks an experienced transactional attorney to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, draft and redline agreements, and negotiate terms to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

This contractor role requires strong experience with MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives, plus excellent communication and the ability to translate legal insight into actionable feedback for AI systems. Remote work with a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsabilités

• Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
• Evaluate AI responses to contract-related scenarios.
• Develop objective evaluation criteria for AI performance.
• Provide expert feedback to improve AI outputs.
