OpenTrain is hiring a Contract Review AI Training Expert to evaluate AI-generated contract analyses and drafting. You will assess reasoning quality, identify legal and commercial risks, and provide precise written feedback to help models improve.

This remote, part-time contractor role focuses on commercial agreements and privacy terms, with an hourly pay range of $40 to $100. You’ll translate legal judgment into practical guidance for model improvement across time zones.

Qualifications

You must have professional, academic, or language expertise in contract review.
Experience with MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, SaaS agreements, or vendor contracts.
Ability to identify contract risk: liability caps, indemnities, warranties, termination rights, payment risk, and IP ownership/licensing.
Fluency in English and excellent written communication.
Ability to work independently as a remote contractor.
Prior AI data training, legal QA, or template maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review source materials and model outputs against detailed project guidelines.
Write clear, practical feedback that improves correctness and reasoning quality.
Create expert contract content (issue lists, redlines, negotiation notes, clause rewrites).
Compare multiple model responses and explain which is better and why.
Maintain consistency and quality across repeated review tasks.
