This remote contractor role requires in-house experience with technology transactions and strong communication, analytic skills, and the ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong negotiation of MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into AI feedback for systems.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
