Tag is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to drive and execute a Tech Leadership vision, positioning our Fortune 100 client as a leader in developer tools, open-source ecosystems, and cutting-edge technology.

You will build and manage relationships with developers, maintain open-source communities, and serve as the primary touchpoint across platforms like GitHub, Discord, Stack Overflow, Reddit, YouTube, and Twitter/X.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
5+ years of community management experience within developer relations or open-source communities.
Strong understanding of open-source ecosystems, developer tools, APIs, and technical communities.
Experience engaging developer communities on GitHub, Discord, Stack Overflow, Twitter/X, YouTube and Reddit.
Experience creating technical content such as documentation, blog posts, tutorials, and webinars.
Strong copywriting and editing skills to simplify complex topics.

Responsibilities

Own strategy and management of developer communities across social and technical platforms.
Define engagement strategies for open-source contributors and developer advocates.
Collaborate with Developer Advocacy, Product, and Marketing teams to craft high-value content.
Coordinate cross-team editorial calendars and content distribution across channels.
Monitor developer trends to create relevant technical content.
Engage in real-time community planning for events and AMAs.
