Job summary

Multi Media, LLC is seeking a Tech Lead Manager to steer a small team responsible for a developer-facing platform, APIs, SDKs, and the app directory for third-party developers and partners.

You will balance hands-on engineering with people leadership, set technical direction across services, and collaborate with Product and cross-functional partners to deliver meaningful platform features and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
• Experience leading engineering teams as a people manager, technical lead, or Tech Lead Manager.
• Experience building or leading a platform, API, or set of developer tools used by other engineers or third-party developers.
• Strong software engineering background with experience across full-stack systems, backend-focused.
• Strong backend experience in languages such as Go or Python.
• Excellent communication skills with Product, Design, and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to define technical direction in ambiguous spaces and convert goals into actionable plans.
• A track record of mentoring engineers and elevating technical and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team of engineers who build and operate APIs, integrations, and tools powering the third-party developer platform.
• Lead the development and evolution of our developer SDK and supporting tools.
• Own the app directory surfacing third-party apps from listing to review and publish.
• Make architecture and technical decisions across multiple services balancing developer experience, reliability, and scalability.
• Create clarity in ambiguous problem spaces by aligning technical constraints with partner needs and business priorities.
• Coach and mentor engineers on technical decision-making, execution, and career growth.
