Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a forward-thinking tech team to hire a Developer Community Lead in the United States. This six-month contract role focuses on building and strengthening an engaged developer community around innovative technology, with remote work and high ownership over programs.

You will create content, run programs, and engage developers across channels, shaping initiatives that foster knowledge sharing and participation while aligning with product objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in developer relations or managing tech communities.
• Ability to craft technical content for different formats.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative community initiatives to attract and engage developers.
• Build relationships with developers to deliver valuable experiences.
• Plan and manage programs, events, discussions, and other engagement activities.
• Create and curate technical content (blogs, videos, docs, demos, tutorials).
• Collaborate with internal teams to align activities with product goals.
• Experiment with new formats and channels; iterate based on feedback.
• Serve as a bridge between the community and internal teams, relaying insights.
• Maintain an active presence across developer channels and foster an inclusive environment.
