Job summary

Tech Holding is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to guide a distributed team spanning frontend, backend, mobile, and DevOps. You will provide architectural guidance, drive key technical decisions, and align delivery with the client’s roadmap.

You’ll collaborate with engineering teams and client stakeholders, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and help manage sprint planning and cross-team coordination to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a technical lead, staff engineer, or architect-level role.
• Expertise in at least one primary domain (frontend, backend, or mobile) with architectural awareness across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a distributed team of frontend, backend, mobile, and DevOps engineers.
• Provide architectural guidance across all layers of the platform.
• Drive technical decision-making and align with client engineering guidelines and product roadmap.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact between delivery team and client stakeholders.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives with project management.
• Support cross-functional collaboration across frontend, backend, mobile, and infrastructure teams.
