Job summary
Multi Media, LLC is seeking a Tech Lead Manager to guide a small team that owns a developer-facing platform, APIs, SDKs, and the app directory used by third-party developers and partners. You will balance hands-on engineering with people management and set the technical direction for a platform used by external developers.

Qualifications
- Experience leading engineering teams as a people manager or tech lead.
- Experience building or leading a platform, API, or developer tools used by engineers or third parties.
- Strong backend experience and familiarity with Go or Python.
- Strong communication skills with Product, Design and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to define technical direction in ambiguous spaces and plan actionable steps.
- Mentoring track record to raise technical and operational quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a small team building APIs, integrations, and tools powering a third-party developer platform.
- Drive evolution of the developer SDK and supporting tools.
- Own the app directory for discovery, reviews, and publishing of apps for creators.
- Make architectural decisions across multiple services balancing experience, reliability, and scalability.
- Create clarity in ambiguous problem spaces by aligning constraints, partner needs, and business goals.
- Coach engineers on technical decisions, execution, and career growth.
