• Strong skills in stakeholder management, including collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to provide clear, timely written and verbal communication to candidates and internal teams.
• Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices, with commitment to maintaining a fair, non-discriminatory recruitment process.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience recruiting for technology, AI, or digital product roles is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
