Job summary

LMI seeks a skilled Team Lead/Deployment Manager to support CBP IST program, directing infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and repair along the borders. You will lead a deployment team of seven SMEs, ensure project scope, schedule, and budget are met, and coordinate with CBP, DHS, FAA, and other offices.

This remote role requires about 30% CONUS travel. You will drive collaboration, risk management, and executive-level briefings to ensure timely, compliant delivery of mission-ready

Qualifications

• Active CBP background investigation required.
• Experience aligned with 10+ years with advanced degrees or 25+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience deploying technology systems and construction management.
• 3-5 years in a team-lead role with 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Knowledge of MD-102 and federal real estate clearance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment team and manage IST program deployments.
• Represent the client for project execution and coordinate with CBP, DHS, FAA, and other agencies.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk, and contractor performance.
• Elevate issues for resolution with Planning and Project Execution Team.
• Coordinate outreach with stakeholders and other offices throughout project lifecycles.
