Zusammenfassung

Pie Insurance is seeking a Team Lead, Collections to own end-to-end receivables collection, drive bad debt recovery, and lead a cross-functional team including BPO and offshore partners. You will set SLAs, optimize vendor assignments, and manage litigation strategies in collaboration with Legal.

You will ensure FDCPA and TCPA compliance, build automated processes, and monitor KPIs with Accounting. This is a remote role within the United States.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of team leadership or people management experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead recovery outcomes across every policy in collections.
• Set and enforce service-level agreements across the full collection lifecycle.
• Own and continuously improve the collection assignment process and vendor preferences.
• Prioritize collection effort on a risk basis.
• Ensure calls, letters, and texts comply with FDCPA, Regulation F, TCPA and state laws.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for collection issues and escalations.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build automation for collections.
• Track and drive bad debt allowance processes with Accounting.
• Coordinate dispute resolution and upstream process improvements.
• Ensure timely closeout for all receivables at end of collections or litigation.
• Maintain data traceability for KPI tracking across Pie systems.
