Beacon Account Services is building a dedicated Account Services team to manage a portfolio of approximately 200 active clients per specialist, with a focus on empathetic, compliant debt resolution. The manager will shape coaching frameworks, performance metrics, and workflow standards, guiding a growing team in a remote-first environment across Texas and Arizona.

You will lead and develop a high-touch team, ensuring audit-ready documentation and adherence to FDCPA and state rules while driving

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing, coaching, or leading teams in consumer finance or debt resolution environments.
• Strong knowledge of FDCPA, Regulation F, and state debt rules with audit-ready documentation.
• Self-directed with ability to build structure in a fast-growing team.

Responsabilités

• Coach specialists on empathetic communication and early-intervention strategies to keep plans on track.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1s, call listening, and reviews to diagnose hardships and adjust plans within guidelines.
• Track portfolio health, focus on metrics, and assist on complex or sensitive client cases.
• Partner with leadership to refine guidelines for payment plans, settlements, and workflows.
