Job summary

Southcoast Health is seeking a Team Lead-Centralized Clinic Support to coordinate clinical support and lead nursing staff across ambulatory services. The role emphasizes care coordination, staffing optimization, and adherence to workflows to drive quality patient care.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, superb communication, and solid EHR skills, with MA/RI licensure or eligibility. Remote work is available for residents in MA or RI with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years nursing or relevant clinical experience.
• Three years of ambulatory care nursing/medical office experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field highly desirable.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills required.
• Requires computer skills including Microsoft Office and EHR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical support staffing and monitor productivity.
• Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to nursing staff to ensure policy and workflow compliance.
• Monitor quality and patient safety concerns and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to build and maintain daily staffing schedules.
• Support ambulatory patient care and population health management through care coordination and teletriage.
