Southcoast Health is a not‑for‑profit, charitable health system with multiple hospitals, clinics and facilities throughout southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

We are searching for a talented Team Lead‑Nursing Admin Supervision to manage nursing administrative duties and provide supervisory support to nursing staff.

Job Details

• Hours: 24 hrs
• Shift: Day/Evening shift, 4:00 pm – 12:00 am / 7:00 am – 7:00 pm weekend; weekend and holiday rotation
• Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital – Fall River, MA
• Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level
• Employment type: Full‑time
• Job function: Information Technology, Hospitals and Health Care

Responsibilities

• Act as an on‑site administrator and serve as a consultant and resource person for nursing staff.
• Provide administrative and clinical supervision and collaborate with other hospital departments to assure a high standard of patient care.
• Perform other administrative and related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in nursing is preferred.
• Current Massachusetts RN license is required.
• Demonstrated clinical competence, excellent communication skills, and decision‑making ability required.
