EisnerAmper, a leading accounting and advisory firm, seeks a Tax Senior Manager for its Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role offers flexibility in office location and a potential fully remote arrangement, with emphasis on leadership, business development, and client service.

The successful candidate will oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, review complex returns, and guide staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance experience, with complex technical individual and business returns.
• Recent public accounting experience; CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team and manage client relationships while collaborating with Partners in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, ensuring timely federal, state, and local returns.
• Possess knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment and trusts/estates; apply tax law consistently across engagements.
• Perform primary review of complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and documentation; identify recurring issues.
• Serve as primary client contact, provide proactive tax planning insights, and support client meetings and presentations.
• Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and team utilization; identify margin risks and improve efficiency.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders, promoting accountability.
• Provide coaching and support recruiting and performance evaluations; develop team capabilities.
