Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent required.
• 10+ years progressive tax experience for high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years tax compliance for complex individual and business returns.
• Recent public accounting experience.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team and manage client relationships while coordinating with Partners.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Review complex tax returns for accuracy and proper documentation.
• Serve as primary client contact and support meetings and proposals.
• Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and team utilization; identify margin risks and improve profitability.
• Provide coaching, training, and staff development; support recruiting and performance evaluations.
• Leverage tax technology to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Actively participate in business development efforts and client expansion.
• Stay current on tax law changes and collaborate across the firm.
