Jobot is recruiting a Tax Senior to join our Sacramento-based tax team. The successful candidate will manage complex tax engagements for partnerships and S-Corps, leveraging CCH for research and planning. A Big 4 background and CPA licensure are highly valued, with a Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of progressive tax compliance experience in public accounting, ideally in a Big 4 firm.
• CPA license required or in progress toward licensure.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
• Proficiency in CCH or other tax software.
• Extensive experience with complex passthrough entities and high net worth owners.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; able to manage multiple engagements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex tax matters to non-tax professionals.

Aufgaben

• Manage multiple and complex tax engagements, delivering quality tax solutions for clients.
• Review federal and state returns for partnerships and S-Corporations and their owners.
• Research and consult on tax matters using CCH; respond to IRS inquiries as needed.
• Provide proactive tax planning strategies tailored to client needs.
• Demonstrate teamwork, positive attitude, and high ethical standards.
