Jobot is seeking a highly motivated Remote Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong public accounting background with a focus on complex tax returns for S Corp and Partnerships and their HNW owners. This remote role offers flexibility and diverse client exposure.

The position requires CPA, 5+ years in public accounting, and excellent communication. We provide a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a supportive remote/hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with Master in Taxation preferred.
• CPA certification is required or strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience focusing on tax for S Corp, Partnerships, and HNW individuals.
• Experience serving clients across various industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Big4 accounting firm experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage tax compliance, consulting, and planning for a portfolio of clients including S Corp and Partnerships.
• Review and prepare tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service.
• Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and communicate these changes to clients and team.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.
