Job summary

Jobot is seeking a tax professional for fully remote work handling complex passthrough engagements. You will review partnerships and S-Corps, research with CCH, and craft proactive tax planning for high-net-worth clients.

Requirements include 2+ years in public accounting, CPA or on track to licensure, and a Master's in Accounting/Taxation preferred. Strong communication and ethics are a must; competitive salary and benefits await.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive tax compliance experience in public accounting.
• CPA license or on track toward licensure.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
• Proficiency in CCH or other tax software.
• Experience with complex passthrough entities and high net worth owners.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple and complex tax engagements, ensuring quality solutions for clients.
• Review federal and state returns for partnerships and S-Corporations and owners.
• Research tax matters using CCH and respond to IRS inquiries when asked.
• Provide proactive tax planning strategies tailored to clients.
• Demonstrate teamwork, positive attitude, and ethical standards.
