Jobot is seeking a Tax Manager in a national remote-friendly setting, focusing on pass-through entities, partnerships, S-Corps, multi-state LLCs, and HNWI. You will own client relationships, lead engagements end-to-end, and mentor staff and seniors to build a strong, collaborative practice.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, technical depth in tax, and active participation in recruiting and staff development. A CPA with 5+ years of public accounting is required.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience with pass-through entities exposure.
• Experience supervising and developing staff and seniors.
• Strong project management and multi-engagement oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Review federal and multi-state tax returns for pass-through entities, closely held businesses, C-Corps, and individuals.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously with timelines and deliverables.
• Draft financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Serve as the day-to-day client contact and stay current on client business needs.
• Keep partners informed of developments and propose solutions.
