Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in a relevant field.
• Associate degree preferred; required years of experience noted.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; longer hours during peak seasons may apply.
• Minimum of 3 years of tax operations administration experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient using AI and digital tools; able to validate outputs for accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Engage with clients to clarify tax operations processes and address inquiries.
• Coordinate with Financial Advisors to ensure tax documentation is available.
• Follow up to obtain missing documentation to prevent delays.
• Set up client and advisor data in tax systems and software.
• Prepare and track engagement letters, organizers, and tax returns.
• Manage document storage, ingestion, and workflow statuses.
• Contribute to process improvements and reporting in tax operations.
