Job summary

Wealth Enhancement is seeking a Tax Operations Administrator to coordinate client tax operations and data management remotely across the United States. You will work with Tax Advisors, Financial Advisors, and clients to ensure timely engagement letters, organizers, and document flow.

Strong Excel and Salesforce skills are required, with at least 3 years in tax operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and collaboration within a growing national team, offering comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of tax operations administration experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Salesforce, and document management tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to clarify tax operations processes and gather documents.
• Set up client data in tax systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Send and track engagement letters and tax organizers.
• Manage receipt, storage and ingestion of client tax documents.
• Prepare organizers and tax returns for advisors and clients.
• Support process improvement and workflow updates in tax ops systems.
