Wealth Enhancement Group, LLC is seeking a Tax Operations Administrator for a remote role. You will support engagement letters, organize tax documents, and manage tax systems data with strong attention to detail.

The role emphasizes client service, collaboration with advisors, and process improvement, with a base salary range of $70,000.00–$80,000.00 annually, excluding bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of tax operations administration experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Salesforce, and CCH Axcess.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to clarify tax operations processes and gather documents.
• Set up and manage data in tax operations systems.
• Send, track, and ensure signing of Engagement Letters.
• Prepare organizers and tax returns for advisors and clients.
• Manage workflow statuses and document storage.
• Identify missing documents and follow up with clients and teams.
