Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group is seeking a Tax Advisor for a fully remote role. You will independently manage a client portfolio, deliver tax preparation, planning, and advisory services, and collaborate with Financial Advisor teams to optimize client outcomes.

The role emphasizes high-net-worth individuals, complex tax scenarios, and proactive guidance. The position offers a base salary range of $115,000 to $135,000 with no sales requirements, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, taxation, finance, business, or related field required.
• CPA, Enrolled Agent, or JD required.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive tax compliance, planning, and advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of WETCS clients and serve as the primary tax contact.
• Prepare, review, and sign federal, state, and local returns for high-net-worth individuals and entities.
• Provide year-round tax planning and guidance across equity compensation, trusts, multi-state taxation, and retirement planning.
