• Coordinate client and financial advisor communication to ensure complete documentation and timely status updates.

Job description

• Coordinate client and financial advisor communication to ensure complete documentation and timely status updates.
• Manage tax systems data, upload client documents, and verify accuracy of records.
• Support tax filing and compliance by coordinating Form 8879 submissions and tracking regulatory notices.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred with at least three years of tax operations experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Salesforce, and CCH Axcess Document.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Competitive base salary of $70,000–$80,000 per year with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
