Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel, Acrobat, DocuSign, Salesforce and CCH Axcess Document.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client and financial advisor communication to ensure complete documentation and timely status updates.
• Manage tax systems data, upload client documents, and verify accuracy of records.
• Support tax filing and compliance by coordinating Form 8879 submissions and tracking regulatory notices.
