Jobot is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our fully remote public accounting practice. You will manage engagements from start to finish, review complex returns, mentor staff, and build trusted client relationships.

The ideal candidate has strong public accounting tax experience, CPA licensure, and capability to work across diverse clients while collaborating with partners. This role offers visibility, growth, and a supportive leadership culture.

Qualifications

• CPA license required and active in good standing.
• Experience with QuickBooks and Lacerte preferred.
• Public accounting tax experience across individuals and entities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of tax engagements from start to finish.
• Review federal and state returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, estates.
• Review work by senior accountants for accuracy and quality.
• Provide guidance on complex tax compliance and planning matters.
• Research federal and state tax issues and communicate recommendations to clients and firm leadership.
• Mentor and develop junior tax staff; collaborate with partners on client matters.
