Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Tax Manager to lead tax engagements for individuals, fiduciaries, and businesses. The role requires an active CPA and extensive public accounting experience. You will review complex returns and develop proactive tax strategies, while serving as the primary client contact and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license is required.
• Public accounting experience at Senior Manager or Partner level.
• Experience reviewing returns and delivering tax strategy.
• Ability to lead engagements and develop client relationships.
• Interest in contributing to firm leadership and partnership.
• Big 4 or regional firm experience is a plus.
• Experience with project-based ERP billing is preferred.
